Industry Challenges
The days of explosive new market growth and mass adoption are long over in the wireless switching – smartphone/carrier marketplace. The new top strategic priorities are base protection and incremental wins from competitors. In this battle, detailed share win/loss data are key, but the problems in obtaining this data are that:

Case Study
This client offers both wireline and wireless services, and have been dominant in their footprint. They currently track broadband market share, but also want to be able to quantify carrier subscriber flows in their markets.
The client’s use of internal porting data was limited to their own subscribers, and did not provide a whole-market view. There was also a need to find a solution that would converge both wireless and wireline bundling insights.
ThinkCX began a collaborative project with the client to build a customized subscriber flow solution, leveraging ThinkCX’s raw data and proprietary methods, and the client’s real-world needs and preferences.
